really good comfort and service

the room was spacious and very clean i liked that it included a superking bed with quality linens. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and plenty of fluffy towels i found this particularly convenient. The turndown service each night was a nice touch and maintained the high standard of cleanliness.
the shuttle service to the marina ended too early i had to rely on taxis after 9pm this limited my ability to fully enjoy evenings in the area.

my room provided ample space and a very comfortable bed with high-quality linens for restful nights i also liked the inclusion of a balcony i thought that this added another layer of relaxation during my stay. Overall, the experience was very good.

the hotel is a short distance from the marina i liked the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to get there. I also noticed that the hotel location offers a quieter setting away from the busy areas i appreciated this. The location is convenient for exploring.

the breakfast buffet was amazing , it had a large selection. the free shuttle to the marina was convenient and ran frequently. our room was very clean and spacious , i really liked it.
water wasn't always replenished in the room , we had to ask for it. some of the towels were old and torn , which was not ideal. the rooms weren't always cleaned before 4pm , it was difficult to relax in the afternoon.

decent stay with a few issues
missing equipmentunnecessary hassle
the stay had some drawbacks. the room lacked tea and coffee making equipment initially (i had to request it). additionally, the corkscrew was missing and its delivery involved unnecessary hassle. there was a charge for milk, which seems excessive given the hotel's supposed class. these small inconveniences detracted from the overall experience, which i found disappointing for this level of hotel.
