decent stay with a few issues
missing equipmentunnecessary hassle
the stay had some drawbacks. the room lacked tea and coffee making equipment initially (i had to request it). additionally, the corkscrew was missing and its delivery involved unnecessary hassle. there was a charge for milk, which seems excessive given the hotel's supposed class. these small inconveniences detracted from the overall experience, which i found disappointing for this level of hotel.
